Anna Castellanos, MSN, APRN, C-NP: Anna is the co-founder and owner of The Confidence Lab. She received her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Cincinnati. During her years of direct patient care, she has held positions in areas such as Skilled Nursing, Neuro Step Down, Medical-Surgical/Ortho, Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery PACU, Family Practice, Acute Care, and Neuro Critical Care. Anna and her husband Luke live in Powell and have 5 children: four boys and one girl. During her downtime, she loves to spend time with her large immediate and extended family, vacation, and cook. She is also a huge sports fan. Her faith and passion drive her to make meaningful connections with each patient she encounters. She truly enjoys the connection she makes with each patient leading to a meaningful, trusting patient/provider relationship. Her specialties are GLP-1 prescribing and management, lip filler/full facial balancing, BBL/Moxi, and full face wrinkle relaxers. Through the Confidence Lab Anna looks forward to planning and customizing a beauty and/or wellness plan with your specific goals in mind!

Hannah Kelly is an Advanced licensed esthetician passionate about helping clients feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in their skin. She takes a personalized approach to every treatment, focusing on healthy skin, visible results, and creating an experience that feels both relaxing and intentional.

With a love for skincare and beauty, she enjoys customizing treatments to each client’s individual skin goals and lifestyle. From advanced skincare treatments to brows and lashes, her goal is always the same: to enhance what makes each client feel like their best self.

She believes skincare is more than just a treatment: it’s a form of self-care, health, and an opportunity to take time for yourself. Building genuine relationships with her clients is one of her favorite parts of being an esthetician.

Ashley Williamson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Metabolic & Aesthetic Clinician, and co-founder of The Confidence Lab in Powell, Ohio.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and built her clinical foundation across Critical Care, Step-Down ICU, Urgent Care, and Family Practice. She also served as a volunteer provider at Helping Hands, a charitable clinic for uninsured and underserved patients.

Ashley specializes in advanced facial balancing, advanced injectable treatments, skin rejuvenation, GLP-1 metabolic programs, and whole-body wellness. Every treatment decision begins with one question: why. Why this approach. Why this treatment. Why now — and just as importantly, why wait. Evidence-based medicine is the foundation of her practice. What matters equally is understanding the individual sitting in front of you, because no protocol can replace thoughtful, personalized care.

That is why every patient at The Confidence Lab receives a fully customized treatment plan — built around their unique wellness goals, aesthetic aspirations, health history, and lifestyle. No two plans look alike, because no two patients are alike.

Her passion for whole-body health is something she has carried her entire life — a deep curiosity about how the body works and what it truly needs.
